We pride ourselves on quality, and will provide a refund or exchange if your goods are faulty or damaged during shipping. In order to obtain a refund, goods must be returned with original tags. They are to be unworn and accompanied by original sales receipt and order form. Items can be returned within 7 days of date of delivery, after this time all sales are final.
If you change your mind or make a wrong decision, we will happily offer an exchange if the goods are returned in a saleable condition, unworn with tags attached. You will need to process the return of the item within 7 days of date of delivery. After this time, we are unable to exchange any orders. You must supply original sales receipt and order form. You will be charged the postage cost for return of the original order, and postage for exchanged item. You will need to provide your name, order number, item/s and reason for exchange to email@example.com. You are responsible for providing these details within the specified time frame. You will then be issued an RA number, and it will be your responsibility to return the parcel to maille. In the event that the package is not received or lost in transit, maille will not be liable if there is no tracking confirmation. Upon receiving and inspecting merchandise, your exchange will be processed.
Please note we are unable to offer exchange or return on undergarments, swimwear, footwear or sales items.
To process a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to provide your name, order number, item/s and reason for return. You are responsible for providing these details within the specified time frame. You will be issued an RA number. In the event that the package is not received or lost in transit, maille will not be liable. Upon receiving and inspecting merchandise, a refund will be issued in the same method in which the original purchase was made. Returns will be actioned as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for refund to be processed. Items returned without return authority will not be accepted, and you will be liable for return shipping from maille. We observe the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned fails to meet our return policy requirements.
All sales on reduced items are final, strictly no refund on sale items.
Although we do encourage you to pre-order items, which are often limited, please be aware that all pre-order sales are final. Once your order has been sent to maille, you are committed to the purchase and we cannot accept cancellations. As stock is produced to order, we cannot cancel production if you change your mind.
Please be advised that we cannot accept returns purchased online through retail stockists.
